Since its inception as Col. Jeff Cooper’s concept of the perfect combat cartridge for a defensive handgun, the 10mm Auto has become a favorite of shooters and hunters. The idea behind the 10mm was to combine a bore size that begins with a 4, namely .401”, and with sufficient weight and velocity to prove decisive. The 10mm Auto is faster than a .45 ACP and hits harder. Our 10mm Auto “shooting load” is a 180 gr. FMJ loaded with a superbly accurate bullet, new brass with a strong web area and a clean-burning powder. You get 50 cartridges in a lovely yellow Super Vel box. Excellent ammo! Extremely accurate, reliable, clean-burning, & priced well! Fun to shoot on the range! It’s a little “warm.” I wish it was loaded to true 10mm specs, pushing the 180grn bullet at 1250fps, with 600+ lbs of pressure, but still a joy to shoot at the range. I highly recommend this ammo! You will not find better 10mm ammo at this price.
