Why won't my state show up when I try to buy your ammo?
Some states and municipalities prohibit "mail order" ammunition. These are the 5 jurisdictions that prohibit you from purchasing "mail order" ammo:
Alaska, California, Hawaii, Massachusetts, and Washington D.C.
If you are from the states of Illinois (outside of Chicago), New Jersey, Connecticut, or New York (outside of New York City), you can order ammo on our site. Just follow the prompts post order to send in the needed information for us to ship. If you are in the state of California or Massachusetts, you can also order, just include your FFL in the shipping address. Thank you.
What is your shipping rate?
All shipping is via Ground service by a common carrier. At checkout you will have access to a live shipping calculator that will show you the exact shipping cost for your location. For those in the Henderson/Las Vegas Valley area, pickup at warehouse is available and removes all shipping cost.
Why do you only offer Ground as a shipping method?
Small arms ammunition is classified as "ORM" or "Other Regulated Materials" by the Dept. of Transportation and as such, ground transportation is required.
What is your Returns & Refunds Policy?
All sales are final. Ammunition is like food in a restaurant— once it's been served, it can't be re-served. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
What is your Privacy Policy?
When you use our website, you may be asked for personally identifiable information such as your name, address, email address, and telephone number. By giving us such information, you consent to our using your personal information for fulfilling your order that you place on our Website. We may also utilize your email for our newsletter that is sent out periodically, but only if you opt-in at checkout. We do not share your personal information with any third-party and your information is saved only for our use. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. We will destroy your personal information within five days of receipt of your withdrawal of consent.
