This load is made with remanufactured brass.
Traveling at 900 fps, well below the speed of sound, our Hush Puppy® 147 gr. FMJ load is a soft-shooting, mild-recoil alternative to full-power 9mm ball. The IPSC power factor is 132, ideal for competition. The brass is remanufactured and placed through the same machinery and extensive QC process as our factory new ammo. Because it is a soft-shooting load, the 147 gr. Hush Puppy may not cycle suppressed pistols reliably with the factory recoil spring; a reduced-power recoil spring may be necessary.
