OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN ALASKA, HAWAII, RHODE ISLAND, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS, AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

The Double Your Order Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Nevada Cartridge Company LLC, doing business as Super Vel Ammunition, 7370 Eastgate Road, Suite 110, Henderson, Nevada 89011 (“Sponsor”). By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding to the extent permitted by law.

Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins when these Official Rules and the free online entry form are first posted on August 4, 2026 (the “Launch Time”) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on August 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Completed eligible online orders placed from August 1 through August 3, 2026 will be included in the first weekly drawing when the Sweepstakes launches. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry and prize delivery, meet all of the following requirements:

• Are legal residents of one of the 47 United States other than Alaska, Hawaii, and Rhode Island;
• Are at least 21 years of age;
• Are not prohibited by federal, state, or local law from purchasing, receiving, possessing, or using the ammunition or other products selected as a prize;
• Can provide all identification, permits, licenses, eligibility documents, and lawful dealer or ammunition-seller information required for delivery; and
• Are not employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives of Sponsor or its promotion vendors, or members of their immediate families or households.

“Immediate family” means a spouse, parent, child, sibling, and each of their spouses, regardless of where they live. Eligibility is subject to verification. Businesses, trusts, clubs, and other entities may not enter.

Weekly Entry Periods and Drawings

One potential winner will be selected for each weekly entry period shown below.

Schedule note: For Weeks 2–4, “Same” means the free-entry window opens and closes at the same dates and times as the purchase eligibility window.

How to Enter

Entry With an Eligible Online Order

During an applicable purchase eligibility window, place a completed online order at supervelammunition.com containing at least one Eligible Product. No minimum purchase amount applies. The first eligible order associated with an entrant during that weekly period will be the entrant’s “Designated Order” and will automatically receive one entry. Orders placed August 1–3 are not treated as entries until the Launch Time. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, chargeback, wholesale, dealer, custom, or test orders are not eligible through this method.

Free Online Entry

To enter without purchasing, complete and submit the no-purchase entry form displayed with or linked immediately adjacent to these Official Rules on Sponsor’s Sweepstakes landing page during the applicable free-entry window. The entrant must provide all required contact and eligibility information and create a “Wish Order” identifying Eligible Products having a total displayed retail value of no more than $1,250. Submitting the form does not create an order, payment obligation, or reservation of inventory. A properly completed free entry receives one entry and has the same chance of winning as a purchase entry.

Entry Limit and Eligible Products

Limit one entry per person per weekly entry period, regardless of entry method, email address, number of orders, or number of submitted forms. If a person uses both methods in the same weekly period, only the earliest valid entry will be retained. Automated, scripted, bulk, duplicate, incomplete, or tampered entries are void. “Eligible Products” means lawfully shippable Super Vel-branded ammunition, components, apparel, and accessories offered for consumer sale on Sponsor’s website at the relevant time. Gift certificates, firearms, suppressors, regulated NFA items, dealer or wholesale products, custom products, taxes, shipping charges, and fees are excluded.

Prizes and Actual Retail Value

Four prizes are available, one for each weekly entry period. Each prize has a maximum actual retail value (“ARV”) of $1,250. The maximum aggregate ARV of all prizes is $5,000. The actual prize depends on the valid entry method associated with the selected potential winner:

• Purchase-entry winner: Sponsor will provide an additional shipment matching the Eligible Products in the winner’s Designated Order, up to $1,250 ARV. If the Designated Order contains more than $1,250 in Eligible Products, the winner may select a subset of those products, subject to available package sizes, with an aggregate ARV not exceeding $1,250. If the Designated Order contains less than $1,250 in Eligible Products, the prize ARV will equal the value of the qualifying duplicated products.
• Free-entry winner: Sponsor will provide the Eligible Products identified in the winner’s valid Wish Order, up to $1,250 ARV. If a Wish Order exceeds $1,250 because of a pricing change or error, Sponsor will work with the winner to select Eligible Products not exceeding the cap.

ARV is determined using the consumer selling price displayed on Sponsor’s website at the time of the applicable purchase or free entry, excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts that are not generally available. Sponsor will pay ordinary ground-delivery charges and, where required by law, reasonable mandatory dealer, ammunition-seller, transfer, or processing fees arranged or approved by Sponsor. No cash, refund, credit, or gift-certificate alternative will be provided. A prize may not be transferred or assigned. Sponsor may substitute a product of equal or greater ARV if a selected product is unavailable or cannot lawfully be delivered.

Odds and Random Selection

For each weekly entry period, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received for that period. If N eligible entries are included in a drawing, each eligible entry’s odds are 1 in N. Actual odds therefore depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Nonwinning entries do not roll over to later drawings. Limit one prize per person and household during the Sweepstakes.

Winner Notification and Verification

A selected entrant is only a potential winner until Sponsor verifies eligibility and compliance. Sponsor will attempt to notify each potential winner using the email address and, if provided, telephone number associated with the entry. A potential winner must respond within five calendar days and timely provide any requested government-issued identification, proof of age and residence, affidavit of eligibility, liability or publicity release where lawful, tax documentation, ammunition permit or credential, and lawful receiving-dealer or ammunition-seller information. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not timely respond, fails verification, declines the prize, or cannot lawfully receive the prize, that entrant is disqualified and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate.

Ammunition Delivery Requirements

Every ammunition prize is subject to federal, state, and local law at the winner’s residence and delivery location. Sponsor may require age verification, permits, credentials, adult signature, or delivery through a licensed firearm dealer, ammunition seller, or other authorized recipient. The winner must cooperate with Sponsor’s compliance procedures and may not designate a delivery location or recipient that would make the transfer unlawful. No ammunition will be delivered to a prohibited person or prohibited location. Once verified, prizes will ordinarily be delivered within 30 days.

Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of a prize are the winner’s sole responsibility. Sponsor may require a completed IRS Form W-9 and may issue any tax form required by law.

Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, voice, statements, and prize information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, promotion vendors, carriers, dealers, ammunition sellers, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, delivery, use, misuse, or inability to use a prize. Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence where applicable. Entrants are solely responsible for the safe, lawful storage, handling, transportation, and use of ammunition.

General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, acts fraudulently or disruptively, violates these Official Rules, or attempts to obtain more than the permitted number of entries. If fraud, technical failure, legal restriction, natural disaster, carrier interruption, or another event outside Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or lawful operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate it and, if feasible and lawful, award affected prizes from eligible entries received before the impairment. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications, or for technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, deliver prizes, satisfy legal obligations, prevent fraud, and otherwise as described in Sponsor’s applicable privacy disclosures. Marketing consent, if separately requested, is not required to enter.

Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by Nevada law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any permitted court proceeding relating to the Sweepstakes must be brought in a state or federal court located in Clark County, Nevada. Nothing in this section limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

Winner List

After all winners have been verified, a free list containing each winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state will be available upon request. Email marketing@supervelammunition.com with the subject line “Double Your Order Winner List” no later than December 31, 2026.

Social-Media Disclaimer

If the Sweepstakes is promoted on Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, or another social platform, it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with that platform. Each entrant releases the applicable platform from claims arising from the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by law.
